We want you to feel completely confident in your Rajmahal purchase.

If your order isn’t quite right, please contact us and our team will assist you according to our return and exchange policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange/return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from stains, damage, alterations or signs of use
  • Be returned in the original condition in which it was received

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within [7 days] of receiving your order.

Please contact our team before sending any product back. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following may not be eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or altered garments
  • Made-to-measure outfits
  • Products that have been worn or used
  • Products without original tags
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during specific sale/clearance promotions, where stated

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the original payment method and our applicable refund policy.

Any applicable shipping or other charges will be communicated to you during the return process.
